Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver expert, compassionate virtual care for perimenopause and menopause transitions. You will set your own schedule while collaborating with a multi-specialty care team to provide cohesive, personalized nutrition care through the Pomelo platform.

Qualifications

• National certification as an RD/RDN with US licensure to practice.
• Minimum 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
• Commitment to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and excellent communication for multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutrition care.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty team for cohesive care plans.
• Guide patients through multi-week programs to support lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic and bone health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Uphold privacy and compliance standards for visits.
