Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice offering care for women and children across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, and menopause. We’re expanding our network of registered dietitians to provide evidence-based nutritional care via telehealth, with autonomy to set your own schedule and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

You will conduct video visits, coordinate with medical providers and therapists, and guide patients through multi-week programs to improve metabolic health

Qualifications

• National certification and licensure as an RD/RDN in any US state.
• Minimum 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
• Commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence with collaborative multidisciplinary mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits delivering one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure cohesive care plans.
• Partner with patients over multi-week programs to drive sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health and gut/bone health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for visits on the Pomelo platform.
