Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver expert, compassionate virtual care for individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause transitions. You will have the autonomy to set your own schedule while being part of our multi-specialty care model with dedicated medical providers and therapists.

Qualifications

• National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN) with a license to practice in any US state.
• Candidates licensed in multiple states are encouraged.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for patients during midlife and menopause transitions.
• Collaborate within a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive, holistic care plan.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program format to facilitate sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, body composition, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for all visits.
