Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver expert, compassionate virtual care for individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause transitions. By joining Pomelo, you will have the autonomy to set your own schedule while being part of our multi-specialty care model.

As a remote dietitian, you will conduct synchronous video visits, collaborate with a medical provider and therapist, and guide patients through multi-week programs, with a focus on metabolic health,

Qualifications

• Must hold National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN) with a license to practice in any US state.
• Candidates licensed in multiple states are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.

Responsabilités

• Conduct synchronous video visits for one-on-one nutritional care.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to create cohesive care plans.
• Engage patients over a multi-week program to support lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health and bone/gut health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Uphold privacy and compliance standards for Pomelo visits.
