Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver virtual care for midlife and menopausal transitions. You will conduct synchronous video visits, work with a multi-specialty team, and guide patients through multi-week programs focused on metabolic, bone, and gut health.

Qualifications

• National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) with a license to practice in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for patients navigating midlife, perimenopause and menopause transitions.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure cohesive, holistic care plans.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program to drive sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, bone and gut health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for all Pomelo visits.
