Zoetis seeks a Diagnostics Technical Specialist to deliver onsite support to veterinary clinics, labs, and academic settings across the RI/MA area. You will drive implementation, training, and troubleshooting for diagnostic products to improve workflow and adoption.

The role requires strong customer service, independent work, and the ability to present technical information clearly. Expect up to 90% travel with collaboration across ABM/DSC teams and ongoing product expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a clinical setting.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex systems in a veterinary context.
• Ability to travel up to 90% of the work week.

• Provide onsite technical support and training for diagnostic products.
• Lead implementation and workflow improvements at clinics and labs.
