Job summary

Abbott in Torrington, CT is seeking a Screening Sales Representative to advance colorectal cancer screening by partnering with healthcare providers, increasing adoption of Cologuard, and delivering value-based diagnostic solutions.

You will build trusted relationships with physicians and healthcare administrators, analyze local markets, and collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales Operations to maximize account success. Travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Life Sciences, or a related field or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Two years of sales, inside sales, or account management experience OR one year plus healthcare experience OR military service as a junior officer or above.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to increase awareness, adoption, and utilization of Cologuard.
Build and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare administrators, and key stakeholders.
Analyze local healthcare markets, customer data, and insights to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Screening Advocates, Sales Operations, and Area Managers.
Document customer interactions and pipeline development within CRM with high ethical standards.
