Qualifications

Minimum 3-4 years of pharma/biotech experience in commercial, clinical/medical, or diagnostics.
Excellent virtual presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
Ability to effectively engage healthcare stakeholders through digital and remote platforms.
Proficiency with CRM platforms, virtual meeting technologies, and digital engagement tools.
Experience collaborating with KOLs, labs, and internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Genotyping & Diagnostic Leadership: Educate on genetic testing and raise awareness of sponsored testing programs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams and contribute to the U.S. diagnostic strategy.
Stakeholder Education, Training & Advocacy: Identify KOL educational needs and attend conferences.
Educate HCPs and labs on resources for questions and follow-up from testing labs.
Demonstrate commitment to diversity and inclusion in daily work.
