Qualifications

• BA/BS required; healthcare degree strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of pharma/biotech experience in commercial, clinical/medical, or diagnostics.
• Experience collaborating with KOLs, labs, and internal/external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ophthalmology strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate on genetic testing and sponsored programs.
• Identify educational needs among the IRD healthcare community.
• Provide education on diagnostic labs and gene panels.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement diagnostic strategy.
• Attend conferences and engage with local organizations.
• Deliver education and insights to inform strategy.
• Support HCP education and resources for testing labs.
