Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a field-based Diagnostic Specialist to educate healthcare providers on genetic testing initiatives and to lead diagnostic strategy within the U.S. region. This remote role requires extensive travel and collaboration with cross-functional teams and labs.

You will identify educational needs, engage with KOLs, and participate in conferences to advance sponsored testing programs, while prioritizing patient outcomes and diversity, equity, and inclusion in all activities.

Qualifications

7+ years in pharma/biotech across commercial/clinical/diagnostics.
Experience collaborating with KOLs, labs and stakeholders.
Knowledge of genetic testing and IRD panels.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in matrixed environments and travel extensively.

Responsibilities

Genotyping and diagnostic leadership to educate providers on genetic testing initiatives.
Cross-functional collaboration to support diagnostic strategy execution.
Educate and advocate for genetic testing resources and IRD programs.
Attend conferences and engage with local organizations to inform strategy.
Educate HCPs and labs on resources and best practices for test requisition.
