Job summary

EVERSANA seeks a Virtual Diagnostic Specialist (VDS) to educate healthcare providers on genetic testing initiatives via remote platforms. This role aligns with the U.S. diagnostic strategy and requires deep diagnostic expertise.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; healthcare degree strongly preferred.
• 3–4 years pharma/biotech experience in commercial, clinical/medical or diagnostics.
• Excellent virtual presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to engage healthcare stakeholders through digital and remote platforms.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital engagement tools.
• Experience collaborating with KOLs, labs and internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Genotyping & diagnostic leadership: educate on genetic testing and raise awareness of sponsored testing programs.
• Cross-functional collaboration: partner with cross-functional teams and contribute to US diagnostic strategy.
• Stakeholder education, training & advocacy: identify KOLs, attend conferences, engage with local organizations, and inform strategy.
