Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Diagnostic Specialist (field-based) to educate healthcare providers on genetic testing and sponsored programs. The role drives a US regional strategy, collaborating across functions and with labs to advance diagnostic initiatives.

Expect extensive travel and strong presentation skills, with experience in rare diseases and engagement with KOLs. A healthcare degree and 7+ years in pharma/biotech are preferred; remote field-based role nationwide.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; healthcare degree strongly preferred (MS, RN, PA, PharmD, PhD).
• 7+ years pharma/biotech experience in commercial, clinical/medical, or diagnostics.
• Proven success working in diverse teams with KOLs, labs and stakeholders.
• Experience in rare or ultra-rare diseases with strong patient focus desired.
• Diagnostic and scientific acumen with strategic and operational thinking.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on genetic testing to raise awareness of sponsored testing programs.
• Identify educational needs within the IRD healthcare community and coordinate outreach.
• Attend conferences, engage with KOLs, labs and internal partners to support testing programs.
