Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Diagnostic Specialist to lead genetic testing education and diagnosis initiatives across the U.S. This field-based role partners with cross-functional teams to drive regional diagnostic strategy and sponsor testing programs for IRD and related labs.

The candidate will travel extensively, educate healthcare providers, attend conferences, and support advocacy efforts while ensuring high-quality education and patient-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; healthcare degree strongly preferred (MS, RN, PA, PharmD, PhD).
• Minimum 7+ years pharma/biotech experience in commercial, clinical/medical, or diagnostics.
• Experience collaborating with KOLs, labs, and internal/external stakeholders.
• Experience in rare or ultra-rare diseases with strong patient focus preferred.
• Diagnostic and scientific acumen; strategic thinking and operating in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Genotyping & diagnostic leadership education for providers and labs.
• Cross-functional collaboration to implement U.S. diagnostic strategy.
• Stakeholder education, training, advocacy, and conference participation.
• Identify KOLs and educate HCPs; provide insights to inform strategy.
• Travel extensively to meet with teams and stakeholders; use digital tools in work.
