Job summary

EVERSANA, a global leader in life sciences, is seeking a remote field-based Diagnostic Specialist for the U.S. region.

You will educate healthcare providers on genetic testing initiatives and align with the global diagnostic strategy across the assigned region. Responsibilities include educating on IRD panels, collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging KOLs, attending conferences, and supporting sponsored testing programs nationwide.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; healthcare degree strongly preferred (MS, RN, PA, PharmD, PhD)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to work in diverse teams and with KOLs/labs to drive diagnostic programs

Responsibilities

• Educate on genetic testing to raise awareness of sponsored testing programs
• Cross-functionally partner with teams to implement US diagnostic strategy
• Identify Genetic Testing KOLs and educational needs for HCPs
• Attend conferences to learn about diagnostic programs and testing
• Engage in advocacy and outreach with local organizations
• Educate HCPs and labs on IRD gene panels and test requisition best practices
• Model inclusive behaviors and drive diversity and bias reduction
• Travel as required to meet program goals
