Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or BSN required.
• 3+ years as a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) or Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) preferred.
• Knowledge of diabetes care principles, practices, and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Must work from a dedicated workspace in their primary home residence.
• Direct patient interaction and support for persistence and compliance.
• Demonstrated time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills (written/verbal/virtual).
