Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Virtual Patient Educator to join our CSMS team. This remote role focuses on educating patients about diabetes therapies and resources to begin and manage their treatment. You will conduct one-on-one outreach by phone, video, email, and SMS, strictly following program guidelines.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or BSN and 3+ years as a Certified Diabetes Educator or CDCES, with strong communication and time management skills. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or BSN required.
• 3+ years as a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) or CDCES.
• Experience in diabetes care with patients.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on diabetes treatments and management.
• Engage with patients via phone, video, email and SMS.
• Follow program guidelines; no clinical advice.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Schedule Monday-Friday; ET hours.
• Work from home in dedicated space.
• Build relationships with patients and cross-functional teams.
