Abbott is seeking a Diabetes Sales Associate to drive growth with healthcare providers across the territory, focusing on FreeStyle Libre products and CGM adoption. The role emphasizes relationship-building, territory planning, and pursuing new business opportunities while meeting sales objectives.

The position is a field-sales opportunity with emphasis on educating customers and expanding brand presence in the diabetes care portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 1–3 years of prior sales experience with a proven track record is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, high energy, integrity and ambition to succeed are essential.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales quotas/objectives for FreeStyle Libre portfolio.
• Prospect for new business and close for new sales in expanded marketplace.
• Collaborate with channels partners within HCP, Managed Care, Retail, and Point of Care.
• Establish strong relationships with physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare constituents.
• Develop proficiency in Abbott’s sales model to drive product adoption and utilization.
• Deliver sales results in primary care and endocrinology markets as assigned.
