The role emphasizes translating operational requirements into system settings, collaborating with technical teams, and validating configurations through testing. Ideal candidates will have extensive hands-on revenue cycle experience within a MHS-like environment, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects across stakeholders while

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on revenue cycle experience within Military Health System or comparable healthcare environment.
• Experience with Third Party Collections, revenue integrity, coding, claims management, denials, accounts receivable, and collections.
• Knowledge of MHS GENESIS and related revenue cycle workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue cycle requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, and business rules for revenue cycle functions.
• Document decisions, requirements, and changes per established processes.
• Partner with SMEs to understand current-state processes and future-state functionality.
• Develop test scenarios and scripts, and conduct functional, workflow, regression, and UAT testing.
