The role focuses on configuring workflows, testing scenarios, and validating that system functionality aligns with business needs. You will partner with operational SMEs, technical teams, and implementation stakeholders to optimize revenue capture, reduce denial risks, and improve data quality across the workflow spectrum.

Qualifications

• Experience with Military Health System revenue cycle operations and MHS GENESIS is preferred.
• Ability to translate operational needs into system configuration requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex workflows.
