Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a DHA Configuration Analyst to design and optimize Healthcare revenue cycle workflows within Military Health System context.

You will configure system settings, test scenarios, and collaborate with operational SMEs to align configurations with business requirements. Ideal candidates bring extensive revenue cycle experience, strong analytical skills, and proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on revenue cycle experience within Military Health System or similar complex healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of Third Party Collections, revenue integrity, charge capture, coding, claims management, denials, accounts receivable, and collections.
• Experience with MHS GENESIS configuration and revenue cycle workflows.
• Ability to translate operational processes into system configuration requirements.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and validating business and functional requirements.
• Ability to develop test scenarios, validate outcomes, and document issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue cycle business requirements and translate them into system configuration specifications.
• Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, work queues, and business rules.
• Ensure configuration aligns with operational and business requirements.
• Document decisions, workflows, dependencies, and changes.
• Partner with SMEs to understand current and future-state processes.
• Develop and execute testing scenarios (functional, regression, UAT).
