Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a DHA Configuration Analyst to lead revenue cycle configuration and testing. The role focuses on translating operational needs into system configurations within Military Health System environments, optimizing workflows, and ensuring accurate revenue capture.

You will partner with SMEs and technical teams to validate solutions, document decisions, and support implementation from requirements through post-live optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years revenue cycle experience in Military Health System or equivalent.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle operations: collections, denials, AR.
• Familiarity with MHS GENESIS and related workflows.
• Ability to translate business needs into system configuration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience testing, validation, and user acceptance testing.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue cycle requirements and translate into system configurations.
• Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, and business rules.
• Partner with SMEs to understand current and future-state processes.
• Evaluate options and recommend efficient solutions.
• Document decisions, requirements, and changes.
• Develop test scenarios and scripts; perform functional and regression testing.
• Validate end-to-end workflows and system outcomes.
• Collaborate with users during implementation and post-live support.
