Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. seeks a DHA Configuration Analyst to design and configure revenue cycle workflows for Military Health System processes, focusing on efficient, compliant solutions.

You will partner with experts across business and IT to translate requirements into system settings, test scenarios, and validated configurations that drive timely reimbursements and reduced denials.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands‑on revenue cycle experience in a Military Health System or equivalent complex healthcare setting.
• Deep knowledge of revenue cycle operations including third party collections, denials, and AR.
• Working knowledge of MHS GENESIS and related workflows.
• Experience analyzing processes, identifying gaps, and recommending system solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into configuration specifications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue cycle requirements and translate into system configuration specs.
• Configure workflows, business rules, and queues to support revenue cycle functions.
• Ensure configuration aligns with operational needs and system capabilities.
• Document decisions, requirements, workflows, and changes per process.
• Collaborate with SMEs to validate solutions before implementation and support post‑go live.
