Qualifikationen

• 6+ years hands-on revenue cycle experience in Military Health System or equivalent environment.
• Knowledge of Third Party Collections, denials, AR, and collections workflows.
• Experience with MHS GENESIS or similar HIS configurations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration specs.
• Strong analytical and testing capabilities; excellent communication with stakeholders.

• Analyze revenue cycle requirements and translate to system configuration specifications.
• Configure settings, workflows, rules, and queues supporting revenue cycle functions.
• Collaborate with SMEs to map current and future-state processes.
• Develop test scenarios and scripts; conduct functional and user acceptance testing.
• Identify defects and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
