Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build, scale, and maintain the infrastructure behind our mission-critical public safety platform. You will enhance reliability, automate deployments, and improve observability to empower engineering teams to deliver software efficiently.

Work with AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and Grafana to streamline workflows. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and drive platform resilience across Local, State, Federal, and DoD contexts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or infra-focused roles.
• Strong hands-on AWS and/or Azure cloud experience.
• Experience implementing automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting.
• Familiarity with GitOps and deployment automation tools such as ArgoCD.
• Scripting/programming to automate infrastructure operations.
• Strong understanding of reliability, security, and compliance practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale infrastructure to support the Mark43 platform.
• Develop, improve, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Enhance platform observability with monitoring, logging, and alerting.
