Job summary

Reading Partners is seeking a Development Operations Manager to lead fundraising operations and Salesforce data integrity on a national scale. This fully remote position reports to the National Development Operations Director and supports a fundraising portfolio aiming to raise around $30 million annually.

You will oversee data quality, reporting, training, and system enhancements across the RP network. The role emphasizes collaboration with the Salesforce team, GoFundMe Pro, and accounting

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in development, fundraising, and other revenue-generating roles.
• 1+ year of successful management experience.
• Must have experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM database.
• Customer service oriented and have strong collegial relationships.
• Strong attention-to-detail, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data integrity of the fundraising Salesforce database by creating reports and policies.
• Support Salesforce data analysis with dashboards and reports.
• Supervise Gift Processing Associate for timely and accurate gift entry and reporting.
• Train development staff on donor stewardship and Salesforce best practices.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding of development staff and create mailing/list campaigns.
