Job summary

Reading Partners seeks a frontline fundraiser and collaborative leader to serve as Managing Director of Development for the national development team. This role oversees a team of five fundraisers and drives donor strategy to reach the organization's $31.5M revenue goal, while aligning national priorities with regional activities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive fundraising experience with 3 years of people management experience.
• Experience with institutional, foundation, corporate or government fundraising.
• Ability to develop and coach frontline fundraisers and manage donor pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Strategically align national and regional development efforts to meet org-wide revenue goals.
• Lead frontline fundraising for a portfolio of institutional donors totaling millions.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and regional teams to ensure donor engagement and success.
