Job summary

Contributor Development Partnership, PBC (CDP) seeks a Fundraising Operations Coordinator for a fully remote role. This position supports partner stations’ donor inquiries in Salesforce and RevCRM, coordinating pledge drives and member benefits while collaborating with technology, marketing, and client services teams.

You will learn nonprofit fundraising practices and gain CRM experience to help NPR and PBS member stations operate efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and stay organized.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Non-Profit experience or coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist partner station development staff by researching and resolving donor issues submitted through the case management system.
• Coordinate station pledge drives by creating campaigns and tracking pledge program performance and success.
• Facilitate the fulfillment of donor membership benefits, including thank-you gifts and pledge acknowledgements.
• Assist other teams within the Fundraising Operations department on special projects and day-to-day operational needs.
• Maintain data quality and integrity within the CRM system.
• Create donation forms to support partner station fundraising initiatives.
• Occasional overtime/afterhours work required to meet critical deadlines.
