• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Significant experience using Salesforce in fundraising/nonprofit environments.
• Strong data governance and data-quality experience.
• Leadership of staff, projects, or cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce strategy, governance, and user adoption.
• Develop and enforce data standards, definitions, and stewardship.
• Manage prospect, portfolio, and pipeline reporting and analytics.
• Build and lead the Development Operations team and budgets.
