Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Development Operations professional to manage gift processing, donor data, and reporting, ensuring accurate and compliant records for online and offline giving. You will oversee Salesforce and EveryAction, generate standard and ad-hoc reports, and support fundraising initiatives.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in development operations, fundraising administration, nonprofit operations, donor relations, database management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and EveryAction, including donor record management, reporting, data maintenance, and database administration, is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail in recordkeeping, calendar management, and data accuracy.
• Experience processing donations, tracking fundraising revenue, maintaining donor records, or supporting grant applications is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional donor and stakeholder interaction.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, affiliate visits, events, and retreats.

Responsibilities

• Manage gift processing and revenue-tracking systems with accurate, compliant recording of donations and pledges.
• Maintain donor management systems (Salesforce, EveryAction) by generating reports, auditing data, and ensuring data integrity.
• Serve as first point of contact for donor inquiries via calls and emails, providing professional assistance.
• Support donor cultivation and stewardship by maintaining donor profiles and documenting interactions.
• Coordinate development team operations, calendars, folders, agendas, and action items.
• Assist with planning development events and retreats.
• Prepare renewal applications for charitable solicitations and corporate registrations.
• Support grant-seeking activities by researching funders and preparing materials.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve operational challenges and support fundraising priorities.
• Provide administrative assistance to keep projects organized and on schedule.
• Travel to partner organizations, affiliates, and events as assigned.
• Undertake additional responsibilities to support the development team.
