Job summary

Movement Labs is seeking a Development Associate/Senior Development Associate to support fundraising operations through data entry, CRM work, and prospect research. This is a temporary, remote role through the 2026 election cycle with potential extension.

Responsibilities include maintaining gift-tracking, drafting grant reports, and assisting with automated workflows to generate donor briefings. Eligible for a $60k–$80k salary depending on level, with benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail in data entry and written comms.
• 1+ year in fundraising, development, or grants; 3+ years for Senior Associate.
• Comfort with CRM systems and learning new software quickly.
• Familiarity with AI tools for day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain gift-tracking and reporting with internal/external partners.
• Enter, update and verify data for calls, donations, pledges.
• Track grant agreements and reporting timelines.
• Pull CRM lists for outreach and donor briefings.
• Draft grant reports and prep briefing materials for calls.
• Coordinate automation workflows to support fundraising.
