Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in nonprofit development, grants management, or related fields.
• Experience in development operations is strongly desired.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Analytical skills to interpret and present data effectively.
• Experience with CRMs, fundraising databases, reporting tools, and grant administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support for donor engagement and fundraising efforts.
• Manage scheduling, calendars, and workflows across the development team.
• Prepare donor and prospect briefings and track action items.
