Job summary

Pregnancy Justice is seeking a Development Associate to advance fundraising across all segments. You will support donor engagement, maintain CRM records, track grants, manage events, and handle day-to-day development operations with meticulous organization.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, a detail-oriented mindset, and a commitment to the organization’s mission. Hybrid NYC work arrangement and meaningful benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in fundraising, communications, program coordination or related work.
• Experience with donor databases/CRMs (Salesforce and Funraise preferred).

Responsibilities

• Process donations accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain precise donor records in CRM/donor database.
• Assist donor communications, including newsletters and appeals.
• Develop donor profiles and donor meeting briefs.
• Coordinate grants calendar with deadlines and deliverables.
• Support fundraising events, campaigns, and related logistics.
• Run reports and track revenues to inform strategy.
