Job summary

Farmlink Project seeks an early-career Development Associate to maintain donor data, manage CRM processes, and support a growing grant pipeline. The role links Development, Finance, and Operations and serves as a first point of contact for donors.

Responsibilities include CRM hygiene, grant writing support up to $100K, donor communications, and event coordination, with a remote-friendly, fast-paced nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Business, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years in development, fundraising, nonprofit operations, or related area.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean donor data and timely donor communications.
• Support CRM management, donation processing, and data integrity across systems.
• Coordinate development projects and events (e.g., Community Gathering).
• Prepare materials for CEO and Development leadership and support grant writing with Institutional Giving.
• Lead the Weekly Pipeline Meeting with leadership.
