Responsibilities

• Data & CRM support; maintain gift-tracking and reporting.
• Enter and verify donor data; track donations and pledges.
• Track grant agreements and reporting timelines; ensure compliance.
• Pull CRM lists and edit for outreach and donor briefings.
• Draft grant reports with program updates and impact data.
• Research prospects and prepare briefing materials for calls.
• Manage projects to improve team effectiveness; ensure processes run regularly.
• Run automations to generate donor briefing materials and upgrades.
• Produce and interpret fundraising reports to assess tactics.
