Job summary

Movement Labs is seeking a Development Associate or Senior Development Associate to support fundraising operations during the 2026 election cycle. You’ll manage data entry, gift tracking, grant reporting, and donor briefings, while helping automate workflows and generate briefing materials for donor conversations.

The role is remote, with a salary range of $60,000–$80,000 depending on level, plus a $5,000 end-of-cycle bonus and a $1,875 pre-tax worklife stipend.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail in data entry and reporting.
• Previously worked in fundraising, development, or grants environments (1+ year for Associate; 3+ years for Senior Associate).
• Comfort with learning new software quickly and enthusiastically (e.g., CRM tools).
• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar for day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

• Data & CRM Support: Maintain gift-tracking, donor reporting, and grant-tracking timelines; pull lists and support outreach.
• Grants & Prospect Research: Draft reports, prep briefing materials, and conduct ad hoc research.
• Project Management, Reporting and Automation: Manage projects, run automations, and generate impact reports.
