Job summary

Movement Labs is an incubator and consulting firm dedicated to stopping fascism and building progressive power. We are seeking a Development Associate or Senior Development Associate to support data entry, prospect research, and grant reporting through the 2026 election cycle, with extension potential.

This is a hands-on, remote role critical to fundraising operations and automations. The position runs ASAP through November 13, 2026, with a possible extension based on need and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising, development, or grants environment.
• Strong attention to detail and data entry.
• Experience with CRM systems or ability to learn quickly.
• Comfort using AI tools for day-to-day tasks.
• Ability to manage projects and coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Data & CRM Support: maintain gift-tracking and reporting with partners as needed.
• Enter, update, verify data for notes, donations, pledges.
• Track grant agreements and reporting timelines.
• Pull lists from CRM and edit for outreach and briefings.
• Draft grant reports with program updates and impact data.
