Supero is seeking a support engineer to help developers build on the platform. You will provide frontline technical support, reproduce elusive bugs, and deliver precise diagnoses. You will also contribute to documentation and act as the user voice in product planning.

A late rotation with a US-Pacific overlap is required, with remote work options available. The role emphasizes clarity under pressure, strong debugging skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve the platform

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical support, solutions engineering, or an engineering role with real customer contact.
• You can code in Python or JavaScript to read a stack trace and run a repro script.
• SQL and API literacy — read schemas and request/response pairs.
• Writing under pressure: clear, calm, specific, and honest in communications.

Responsibilities

• Frontline technical support for developers building on Supero — schema design, connectors, RBAC, deployment, MCP, integrations, the generation flow.
• Reproduction: turn vague reports into minimal, runnable repros.
• Escalation with a diagnosis attached.
• Docs: fix questions in docs and in product error messages.
• Voice of the user in planning: know early which part of the product is failing.
