Job summary

Supero.dev seeks a developer who can model a new business domain roughly every month—healthcare, insurance claims, or other domains—and build the entire application on Supero, then break it on purpose and report exactly what gave way. You’ll own diverse implementations and identify platform weaknesses to improve the roadmap.

This role sits between engineering and the people using the platform, offering broad impact as the company scales its multi-tenant, AI-assisted development environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building full applications across frontend, backend and data models.
• Experience in more than one domain and ability to pick up new domains quickly.
• Strong data modelling skills and ability to translate domain concepts into robust data models.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) and knowing when to rely on them.
• Proven tester’s instinct: finding where a system breaks and articulating the cause.

Responsibilities

• Build real applications on Supero across genuinely different domains.
• Then break them to identify platform weaknesses (RBAC, multi-tenancy, edge cases).
• File findings with a diagnosis to feed the roadmap, not a complaint.
• Provide reference implementations and demos that others can copy.
• Close the loop with engineering and articulate where patterns cause pain across apps.
