Job summary

Offchain is leading in blockchain scalability and security, powering Arbitrum One. We’re seeking a BD professional to identify partnerships, engage early-stage developers, and drive adoption of ZeroDev tooling in a fast-moving crypto ecosystem.

You’ll build pipelines, nurture relationships, and represent the company at industry events while leveraging social channels to generate qualified leads and drive meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BD or similar role.
• Experience engaging with crypto/Web3 developers.
• Knowledge of smart accounts, EIP-4337, EIP-7702 and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue partnerships with early-stage builders, converting interest into active ZeroDev integrations.
• Pitch ZeroDev’s Kernel and modular account infrastructure to developer teams, showing why their current setup falls short.
• Own the top of the funnel: track leads, nurture them from interest to technical evaluation, and hand off to sales engineering for deeper integration support.
• Represent ZeroDev at hackathons, demo days, and industry events, tying engagement back to adoption pipeline.
• Engage and source leads on social platforms (Twitter, Discord) to position ZeroDev in relevant AA conversations.
