Job summary

Offchain is leading the Ethereum scaling stack, building tools that empower developers to create decentralized apps with security and transparency. We’re seeking a BD-focused teammate to identify early-stage builders and convert interest into active ZeroDev integrations.

You’ll own the funnel, pitch Kernel and modular account infrastructure, nurture leads through technical evaluation, and represent Offchain at hackathons and industry events, leveraging Crypto Twitter and Discord to expand

Qualifications

• 2+ years in BD or a similar role in crypto/Web3.
• Experience engaging with early-stage developers in crypto or Web3 ecosystems.
• Knowledge of smart accounts and EIPs (e.g., EIP-4337, EIP-7702).
• Experience using social platforms to generate qualified leads (Crypto Twitter, Discord).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with AI tools to optimize workflows (Claude, ChatGPT).
• Results-oriented with ability to measure outcomes (converting builders to users).

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and pursue partnerships with early-stage builders, converting interest into active ZeroDev integrations.
• Pitch ZeroDev’s Kernel and modular account infrastructure directly to developer teams, helping them understand why their current setup falls short.
• Own the top of the funnel: track leads, nurture them from interest to technical evaluation, and hand off to sales engineering for deeper integration support.
• Represent ZeroDev at hackathons, demo days, and industry events, always tying engagement back to the adoption pipeline.
• Engage and source leads on social platforms (Twitter, Discord) to strategically position ZeroDev in relevant AA conversations.

Who you are:

• 2+ years of experience in a BD or similar role.
• Demonstrated experience engaging with early-stage developers and contributing to crypto or Web3 ecosystems.
• Practical knowledge of smart accounts, EIP-4337, EIP-7702, and related developer tooling.
• Experience using social platforms to generate qualified leads, particularly Crypto Twitter to identify and engage prospective users, developers, or partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively both online and in person.
• Has used AI tools to optimize and automate workflows. (Claude, ChatGPT)
• A results-oriented approach, with experience defining and measuring outcomes such as converting prospective builders into active users.

Nice to haves:

• Technical background (Engineer, Devrel, Product Manager).
• Understanding of ERC-4337 and EIP-7702.
