Job summary

Offchain, a leader in blockchain scalability and security, seeks a business development professional to identify and nurture partnerships with early-stage builders and developers in the Web3 ecosystem. You will pitch ZeroDev’s Kernel and modular account infrastructure to technical teams and manage the funnel from interest to evaluation.

You’ll own the top of the funnel, track leads, and collaborate with sales engineering for deeper integration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BD experience in crypto or Web3.
• Experience engaging with early-stage developers in crypto or Web3.
• Practical knowledge of smart accounts, EIP-4337, EIP-7702.
• Experience using Crypto Twitter for lead generation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Has used AI tools to optimize workflows (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT).
• Results-oriented with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue partnerships with early-stage builders, converting interest into ZeroDev integrations.
• Pitch ZeroDev’s Kernel and modular account infrastructure to developer teams for adoption.
• Own the top of the funnel: track leads, nurture to evaluation, and hand off to sales engineering.
