Job summary

Offchain is seeking a Business Development professional to partner with early-stage builders in the crypto/Web3 space. You will help extend ZeroDev integrations, represent the company at events, and source leads through Crypto Twitter and other channels.

You have 2+ years in BD, experience with crypto ecosystems, and a knack for turning interest into active users. This remote-first role includes NY office when needed and benefits; CA/CO excluded.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in BD or similar role.
• Experience engaging with early-stage developers in crypto/Web3.
• Knowledge of smart accounts and EIP-4337/EIP-7702.
• Experience using social platforms to generate qualified leads, esp. Crypto Twitter.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with AI tools to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue partnerships with early-stage builders for ZeroDev integrations.
• Pitch ZeroDev kernel and modular account infra to developer teams.
• Own the funnel: track leads, nurture, hand off to sales eng for integration.
• Represent ZeroDev at hackathons, demo days and industry events.
• Engage leads on social platforms (Twitter, Discord) to position ZeroDev.
