Qualifications
- Excellent communication and relationship-building to guide couples.
- Ability to manage multiple moving pieces: guest lists, room options, payment schedules.
- Willingness to learn new tools like CRMs and booking platforms; training provided.
- Experience in weddings or travel is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Design customized destination-wedding travel plans including flights, stays, and transfers.
- Understand couples' wedding vision, budget, and destination; present tailored options.
- Coordinate travel details for wedding groups and payment timelines.
- Support before departure with pre-departure and on-trip assistance.
- Provide post-wedding follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
