Job summary

Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Destination Wedding Travel Planner to design dream destination weddings and turn them into seamless travel experiences. You will work with couples from vision to confirmed bookings, coordinating flights, stays, transfers, and group logistics in a collaborative, client-first environment.

This fully remote role offers flexible part-time or full-time hours, comprehensive onboarding, and ongoing coaching on destination weddings, preferred suppliers, and group

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for guiding couples through decisions.
• Ability to organize multiple moving pieces across guest lists, room options, and payments.
• Willingness to learn new tools including CRMs, supplier portals, booking platforms, and group-travel systems.
• Background in weddings, sales, customer service, hospitality, events, or travel is a plus, but full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Design customized destination-wedding travel plans, including flights, resort stays, room blocks, transfers, cruises, excursions, and honeymoon extensions.
• Connect with couples to understand wedding vision, guest needs, budget, and preferred destination; present tailored options and guide bookings.
• Coordinate travel details for wedding groups, ensuring clear options, payment timelines, and support before departure.
• Respond to questions and changes with professionalism and care, including payments, room upgrades, guest additions, date changes, and special requests.
• Elevate celebrations with romantic excursions, welcome experiences, local activities, honeymoon ideas, and unforgettable moments.
• Support clients from initial consultation through travel, including pre-departure, on-trip, and post-wedding follow-up.
