Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Destination Wedding Travel Planner to design tailored destination-wedding itineraries and guide couples from vision to booking. You will blend travel expertise with a warm, consultative sales approach to create unforgettable experiences for couples and their guests.

This fully remote role offers flexibility for part-time or full-time schedules. Training will cover CRMs, supplier portals, booking platforms, and group-travel systems to support wedding planning

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to organize multiple moving pieces (guest lists, room options, payment schedules).
• Willingness to learn new tools (CRMs, supplier portals, booking platforms).
• Background in weddings, sales, customer service, hospitality, events, or travel is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design customized destination-wedding travel plans including flights, resorts, transfers, and extensions.
• Guide couples from initial vision to confirmed bookings with a consultative approach.
• Coordinate travel details for wedding groups and provide clear options and payment timelines.
• Support clients from consultation through travel with pre-departure and on-trip assistance.
