Hope's Global Getaways is a remote travel planning company that designs destination weddings, honeymoons, cruises, family vacations, and luxury getaways. We hire Destination Services Coordinators to assist clients with vacation options, accommodations, and reservations while delivering excellent customer service.

This role emphasizes research, client communication, and reservation coordination across destinations and travel products.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and reside in an allowed region.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong planning, organizational and accuracy skills.
• Ability to gather information, evaluate options, and explain services clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Willing to learn reservation software and supplier technology.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to determine vacation expectations, interests and priorities.
• Collect planning details: dates, locations, spending limits, and accommodation needs.
• Identify destinations and experiences that align with requests.
• Examine lodging, cruise itineraries, vacation packages, transportation, and activities.
• Evaluate supplier offerings and highlight options that meet client requirements.
• Present vacation possibilities and communicate features, inclusions, and conditions.
• Provide guidance throughout the reservation process and coordinate approved services.
• Maintain organized client records, confirmations, schedules, and preferences.
• Track deposit requirements and final payments, and review booking obligations.
• Coordinate follow-up communication and share reservation updates with clients.
