Job summary

Unique Escapes, a travel business focused on personalized experiences, seeks an Event Destination Specialist to translate client visions into unforgettable group travel and special events. As a remote role, you will guide clients from inquiry to booking, research destinations, prepare compelling proposals, and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers to close bookings.

• Proven sales experience in travel or events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple leads independently.
• Familiar with CRM and travel booking platforms.
• Remote work setup and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and follow up with leads for destination weddings, group trips, and events.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client goals, budget, dates, size.
• Research destinations, venues, cruises, and packages that fit client needs.
• Prepare quotes, itineraries, proposals, and booking details.
• Present options clearly, highlighting value and experiences.
• Guide clients through booking with professionalism.
• Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Track leads, proposals, payments, deposits, and CRM entries.
• Coordinate travel logistics: accommodations, transfers, excursions.
• Follow up to close bookings and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain client records and booking details.
• Assist with email campaigns, content, onboarding, and referrals.
• Identify upsell opportunities (extensions, upgrades, add-ons).
• Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, chat, and online platforms.
