Elite Escapes is seeking an energetic Event Destination Sales Specialist to plan unforgettable group travel, weddings, corporate retreats, and incentive trips. This remote role emphasizes sales, travel research, and building lasting client relationships while turning a client vision into a seamless travel experience.

You will generate leads, conduct discovery conversations, manage multiple opportunities, and coordinate logistics from a remote workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, event planning, admin, or travel industry is advantageous but not required.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and follow up with leads for destination weddings, group trips, and events.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client preferences and goals.
• Guide clients through booking with confidence and professionalism.
• Coordinate travel logistics such as group accommodations and transfers.
• Track sales activity, proposals, payments, and deadlines in the CRM.
