Job summary

Elite Escapes is seeking a motivated Event Destination Sales Specialist to turn client visions into unforgettable group travel experiences. This remote role focuses on building relationships, researching destinations, and turning inquiries into bookings for destination weddings, corporate retreats, and incentive trips.

You will guide clients through discovery, proposals, and finalization, collaborate with suppliers, manage CRM records, and pursue upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a warm, professional tone.
• Excellent organization and time management with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple leads, clients, and deadlines independently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, email tools, calendars, and travel booking platforms.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated remote workspace.
• Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, event planning, or travel is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and follow up with leads for destination weddings, group trips, corporate events, and incentive travel.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client destination preferences, goals, budget, dates, group size, and expectations.
• Guide clients through decision-making and booking processes with professionalism.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, travel suppliers, resorts, cruise lines, and internal teams.
• Track leads, proposals, payments, deposits, deadlines, and client requests in the CRM.
• Coordinate group travel logistics such as accommodations, transfers, and excursions.
• Follow up to move opportunities forward, answer questions, and close bookings.
• Maintain accurate client records and booking details.
• Assist with email campaigns, social media, onboarding, and referral follow-ups.
• Identify upsell opportunities like excursions, travel protection, and extensions.
