Job summary

Elite Escapes is seeking a motivated Event Destination Sales Specialist to convert client visions into unforgettable group travel experiences. This remote role focuses on weddings, corporate retreats, incentive trips, and special events, requiring strong sales acumen and client relationship skills.

You will research destinations, coordinate bookings, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure seamless travel planning.

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and follow up with leads for destination weddings, group trips, milestones and events.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client preferences, goals, budget, dates, and group size.
• Guide clients through decision-making and booking processes with confidence.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, resorts, cruise lines, and internal teams.
• Track leads, proposals, payments, deposits, deadlines, and client inquiries in the CRM.
• Coordinate travel logistics such as accommodations, transfers, excursions, and pre/post-event stays.
• Follow up to move opportunities forward and close bookings.
• Maintain accurate client records and booking details.
• Assist with email campaigns, social media content, and client onboarding.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (excursions, protection, upgrades).
• Provide excellent customer service across phone, email, chat, and platforms.
• Suggest improvements to sales workflows and client experience.
